Meowden's Return and Refund Policy Overview

By placing an order through Meowden, you agree to the terms outlined below. We've established these policies to ensure you are fully informed about our refund and return processes. These policies apply to domestic orders within the United States.

  1. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned with original tags and packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@meowden.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Return an Item?

  • Every return request must be accompanied by a return form.
  • Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send your item along with this form to the return address that we will provide you via email.

  1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  1. EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@meowden.com.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you return shipping information, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We may ask you to send the product directly to the manufacturing facility. Be aware that these shipments may cost more when you mail the item.

  1. RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge restocking fees on returns.

  1. REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval status of your refund. Should your refund be approved, the reimbursement will be processed back to your original method of payment without delay.

It's important to note that, following our issuance of your refund, the time frame for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or credit card company's processing procedures. Typically, this process takes 3-5 business days from the moment you receive our approval notification. Please be patient as this processing time can vary and is managed by your financial institution, not Meowden.

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

  • For purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
